How It Works:

1️⃣ Purchase the Non-Refundable Design Fee Listing. This covers the design process and is required before we begin.
2️⃣ We’ll Contact You via your preferred method to discuss your design vision, including shape, size, and special details.
3️⃣ Receive Your Initial Design Proof. You’ll have the opportunity to review and request modifications if needed.
4️⃣ Approve the Final Design. Once you’re happy with the design, we’ll send a separate invoice for production or a commercial license fee (if applicable).

What’s Included in the Design Fee?

✔ One custom watermark design tailored to your specifications
✔ Up to 2 minor revisions (such as slight shape adjustments, text placement, or small refinements)
✔ Final Design Approval before production

Additional Fees (if applicable):

💎 Extra Revisions: Beyond the included two, additional revisions will be charged at $15 per revision.
💎 Major Design Overhaul: If you request a completely new concept after the initial design proof, a new design fee will be required.
💎 Commercial License Fee (for printing & selling): If you wish to print and sell your custom watermark yourself, a separate commercial license fee will be required.
💎 Watermark Production Fee: Once your design is finalized, we’ll invoice you separately for production. Pricing varies based on size, material, and complexity.

Important Policy Notes:

🚨 The design fee is non-refundable and will NOT be applied toward your order.
🚨 3D printed watermarks may have small markings or slight imperfections due to the printing process. These do not affect the product’s function or intended use.
